My company to undertake the jing tie lines in the three line of west-east gas project,PN120 48"),PN120 DN400 insulation joint contract,has already been completed strength test,seal test,air tightness test,bending test,the insulation resistance test,electric insulation strength test,coating defect detection,coating dry film thickness measurement,coating adhesion strength test,hydraulic fatigue experiment related to testing,test results completely conform to the new standard of SY/T0516-2016 and CDP-S-OGP-MA-016-2016-3 insulation joint technical specification for the new rule,It is the first insulating joint produced in China with the requirement of"double new"technology.The company is developing larger diameter insulated joints to meet the long-distance pipeline cathodic protection requirements.
